PRICING
All prices are given in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Prices may be subject to change at any time and online prices may vary from the prices you may see in-store. We reserve the right to cancel orders should a pricing error occur.
PAYMENT
Feliz uses the secure global payment gateway as part of Shopify.com and accepts Visa and MasterCard, as well a Google Pay and Apple Pay where available.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Should you find a fault in your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange your item for something else. Contact must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order and product must be returned to Feliz within 10 days. All items must be returned in their packaging as they were received. Once we have issued the refund it may take your bank 3-4 days to process before it is shown on your statement. Refunds for change of mind are not accepted. Refunds on display and sale items are not accepted.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
Damage claims must be submitted within 24-hours of receipt of goods. Inspect your order and submit details to hello@felizhome.com.au
TEXTILE / PRINT VARIATIONS
Colour variation in projects that use natural materials, wallpaper or textiles may occur.
DISCOUNT CODES
Feliz may withdraw discount codes at any time.
