How do I place an online order?
Items can be added to your bag whenever you see the add to cart icon. When you are ready to place your order, click on the shopping bag icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen and follow the prompts.
For items that have an enquire now option, we require you to email us, call us or visit us in store to make this purchase. This is for products that have variations we need to consider. This applies to sofas, ottomans, and occasional chairs as we would like to assist you select a fabric that is suitable for your way of life. This also applies to our one-off items to ensure they are still available.
What are my online payment options?
Online purchases are made easy and secure with a choice of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX.
At present, we do not offer gift cards or store credits.
How will I know that you have received my online order?
You will receive an automated email confirming your online order. Please check your junk mail.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation with an estimated delivery date. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Where do you make your Australian made furniture range?
Feliz designed furniture is made to order in Melbourne, Australia.
What timber options do you have with your Australian made furniture range?
Timber is a natural product, no two pieces are ever the same and each piece is beautifully unique. All timber is subject to variation with grain detail, colour and finishes.
We love creating our Feliz range from the following timber species, Messmate, American Oak, American Walnut
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at present we cannot offer international shipping.
Do you ship interstate?
We offer delivery throughout Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Adelaide, Northern Territory, Canberra and Western Australia.
Unfortunately, at present we cannot offer shipping to Tasmania. However you can arrange your own delivery.
Can I use my own fabric?
We offer an extensive range of fabrics in our Brighton Showroom. Our team will assist you with your selections. If you are looking for something in particular we will source options for you to select from outside of our in store samples.
Do you hang the wallpaper I order through you?
We do not offer wall hanging services however we can recommend you to our preferred wall hanging specialist.
We will also provide you with a wall hanging guide if you choose to hang your wallpaper.
How do I measure my wallpaper?
We have a wallpaper calculator online which is located on your selected wallpaper page.
This calculator is designed to calculate the exact wallpaper or mural you select vs your wall. Please understand that this does not take into account negative space or corners. We also suggest ordering a little more wallpaper for any patch ups that need to be done in the future.
Can I order half rolls of wallpaper?
Wallpaper must be purchased by role.
You may have excess wallpaper leftover. Please store this somewhere and use it if you need to patch up any marks. You may not find the same wallpaper in the future and each batch has different shades.
